Diakonessenhuis Foundation is adopting the Interactive Concert that Embrace Netherlands is hosting on December 19, 2019, for clients and care employees of Dagbesteding Vrijheidshof in Oosterwolde and the associated training sessions for care employees. The concert and training sessions for Day Care Freedom Court are part of the Interactive Concerts program.
During the Interactive Concerts, musicians from Embrace Netherlands move among the clients, make personal contact and invite them in an open and quiet way to play and/or sing along. Our professional musicians have completed the masters module “Music and Healthcare” at the Prince Claus Conservatory of Music. With the trainings we give care workers tools to use music in daily care practice.
