Slagkracht is starting up again in Wijkcentrum Schieringen. Especially for residents from Heechterp-Schieringen Camminghaburen.
Always wanted to play in a music group? Then join Slagkracht: every Monday evening, residents from the Heechterp-Schieringen and Camminghaburen neighborhoods meet in the community building at 5 Egelantierstraat. To play a fun game of drums with other neighbors. “We provide samba drums,” said Mees van den Bergh on behalf of Embrace Netherlands, which is organizing the workshop series with the community center and Amaryllis.
“We will soon start a second group in the Liberty neighborhood.” There will undoubtedly be more news about that later.

Clout was conceived to increase neighborhood cohesion and motivate people to get more out of themselves. Participants with no experience are just as welcome as experienced drummers. “Drummers with experience help the others in the group so we all get a little better.”
