It is not sold-out venues but the few for whom she plays that clarinetist Lauri Bruins (37) of Assen hopes to reach when she performs. With Embrace Netherlands, she plays for the demented elderly, people with disabilities and people in their final stages of life. Music as a happy note or comfort, but most of all as a moment of genuine attention.
