We provide accessible training, especially developed for regular staff, volunteers and informal caregivers. The aim of the training is to use music in daily care. We want to challenge and encourage staff to use music in daily contact with vulnerable people.
In order to participate, staff do not have to be able to play a musical instrument, nor do they have to be trained singers. Our special training courses are always tailor-made for the respective group or location. We always involve experts, such as music therapists, activity coordinators, professional or amateur musicians, who are active within the location, in our work.
We encourage participants simply to dare to use their voices and to be aware of sound and noise in their daily care situation.
