Palliative care
Embrace Nederland provides musical moments for people in the last phase of their lives. The musical moments consist of repertoire and/or improvised music.
Interactive Concerts
During the Interactive Concerts, musicians move among the clients, make personal contact and invite them in an open and quiet way to play and/or sing along.
Music & Dementia
The Music and Dementia programme is based on the Music For Life programme from London, with the aim of improving the well-being of people with dementia and their carers, through improvised music.
