We too must discontinue our on-site operations for the time being. The impact of this is huge: not making music with people with dementia. Not playing music together with caregiving staff and caregivers. No world music from our Boundless Music band. It all cannot and should not be done for now. But we’ll straighten our backs, set our sights on Jan. 15, 2022, and spend the next few weeks looking back anyway: at a year that, despite all the corona restrictions, thankfully also brought many good things. For example, in October we visited the residents and staff of Noordvliet Leeuwarden care home for our Music and Dementia program.
